Land Issues

More than 100 years of government management has produced environmental decline (i.e., poor water quality, declining biodiversity and catastrophic fire conditions) on much of the nation’s public lands. NCPA scholars believe that top-down, one-size-fits-all federal management of public lands serves neither the environmental nor economic desires of the American public.
