Air Problems
Everyone wants clean air. And in fact over the last 40 years air quality has improve dramatically. NCPA Scholars believe that air quality will continue to improve as market participants replace inefficient technologies with cleaner more efficient technologies. Government clean air standards are arguably based on exaggerated fears. Top down regulations too often hinder rather than foster technological change and air quality.
